Frequently asked questions
Is the Factory estimate a quote?
No. It is a starting estimate for development based on our published starting prices. Your Agent Blueprint confirms the exact scope, deployment plan and price in writing before any work begins.
Why isn't deployment included in the estimate?
Deployment means connecting agents to your phone system, CRM, inbox, calendar and permissions, and that varies too much between businesses to price blind. We scope it after the Blueprint, once we have seen your setup.
What happens after I send my army?
A real person reviews your list, usually within one business day, then schedules a short call about your tools and goals. From there we prepare your Agent Blueprint with a recommended first wave.
Can I change my army later?
Yes. Most people start with a first wave and add, remove or retune agents as their business changes. Agents are built so new ones can join the same tools and chain of command.
What is a Commander Agent and do I need one?
A Commander coordinates your other agents, routes work between them, gathers approvals and reports back to you. It usually starts paying off once you have about six or more agents.
