The heart of it
A personal AI agent is about one thing: more of your life back
Nobody dreams about renewing a car registration, comparing four flight itineraries or untangling who is driving whom to practice on Thursday. Those tasks are small, but they never stop, and they quietly crowd out the people and passions you actually care about. A personal AI agent is built to take that life admin off your plate, so the evening goes to dinner with your family, the weekend goes to the trail, and the morning goes to whatever lights you up.
The idea behind this whole factory started here. Businesses use agents to grow. People use them to breathe. The same narrow, carefully supervised design that runs a company's front desk can quietly keep a household on track.
Where the hours go
The invisible second job at home
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics measures how Americans spend their days. Its American Time Use Survey for 2025 shows how much of daily life goes to keeping things running:
Household activities include cooking, cleaning and yard work that an agent can't do for you. But mixed in with them is a layer of planning and paperwork that an agent can help with:
- Bills, autopays and subscriptions you forgot you still have.
- Renewals: passports, licenses, insurance, warranties, memberships.
- Schedules for school, sports, appointments and visits that live in five group chats.
- Trip planning that eats an entire weekend of tabs.
- Research for big decisions, from a new mattress to a new car.
Curious what that adds up to for you? The Time-Back Calculator works for households, too.
Meet the life squad
Five small agents, each with one job
Life Admin Agent
Your catch-all assistant for the paperwork side of life: sorting important email, keeping a checklist of open errands, drafting replies and forms for you to finish. A Scout.
Family Calendar Agent
Pulls school notices, practice schedules and appointments into one shared calendar, spots conflicts and sends gentle reminders to whoever needs them. A Scout.
Travel Planning Agent
Researches flights, stays and routes around your preferences and budget, then lays out options side by side. You choose and you book. A Scout.
Bill & Renewal Tracker
Keeps a running list of due dates, renewals and subscriptions, warns you before deadlines and points out recurring charges worth a second look. A Scout.
Research Assistant
Digs into a question, from comparing appliances to planning a garden, and brings back a short, sourced summary so you can decide faster. A Scout.
Why only Scouts?
Personal agents work best simple. Each does one focused job with one or two connected tools, which keeps them easy to trust and affordable to own.
All five live together in our full agent catalog, and you can browse them alongside the business squads.
A real-life moment
How a school permission slip stops being a 10 p.m. panic
Notice who pays the fee: you do. The agent finds the deadline and makes sure it can't sneak up on you. It doesn't pull out your card.
Privacy first
Your life, your data, your approval
Inviting an agent into your inbox or calendar is personal. We design life agents around a few firm principles:
- You approve anything that spends money. Bookings, purchases, payments and cancellations always wait for a yes from you.
- Least access. Each agent connects only to what its job requires. The travel agent doesn't need your bank; the calendar agent doesn't need your medical records.
- Your accounts where possible. Agents can run on your own email, calendar and AI accounts, so your information stays in services you already chose.
- Nothing sent in your name without permission. Drafts are drafts until you say otherwise, unless you set a specific rule, like auto-confirming a dentist appointment.
- Easy off switch. Disconnect an agent and its access ends.
The details of how we handle permissions and data are on the safety and privacy page.
Pick your helpers
A starter pair, or the whole household crew
| Setup | Agents | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Life Admin Agent (Scout) + Bill & Renewal Tracker (Scout) | Busy individuals who want the paperwork and due dates handled first |
| Family | Starter + Family Calendar Agent (Scout) | Households juggling school, sports and work schedules |
| Full life squad | All five: Life Admin, Family Calendar, Travel Planning, Bill & Renewal Tracker, Research Assistant (all Scouts) | People who want their evenings and weekends back for good |
Getting all five qualifies for estimated volume pricing, since the agents share the same calendar and email connections.

What changes when life admin has help
Without agents
- Sunday night spent sorting email and paying the bills you remembered
- A late fee on the one you didn't
- Thirty browser tabs open for next month's trip
- Two kids booked for the same 4 p.m. pickup across town
With agents
- A short weekly list of what needs you, already sorted
- Due dates flagged days ahead, with you deciding what to pay
- Three clear trip options waiting for your pick
- Calendar conflicts caught on Wednesday, not at 3:55 on Thursday
What to do with the time
Time back is the whole point
It is easy to talk about agents in terms of tasks completed. That misses why anyone wants one. The real measure is what fills the space they open up. Maybe it is a standing Tuesday dinner that no longer gets canceled. A hobby that has been waiting in the garage for three years. An hour of reading before bed instead of an hour of inbox. A Saturday morning that starts at the farmers market instead of at the kitchen table with a stack of bills.
We built this factory on that idea. Eye To Ad Media has spent years helping businesses grow, and the same lesson keeps coming back: the people running those businesses also have lives, and the busywork follows them home. A personal agent is our way of handing some of those hours back.
People
Show up for the game, the call with your parents, the friend who needs an afternoon.
Passions
Paint, write, build, train, cook. Whatever you keep saying you'll get to someday.
Rest
Unscheduled time counts too. Not every reclaimed hour needs a plan.
Still yours
What stays human in your life
Every decision that matters, which is most of them. Agents don't choose where you go on vacation, how you spend your money, what your family does on Saturday or what you say to people you love. They don't give medical, legal or financial advice. They gather, remind, organize and draft. You live. If you want to see how small helpers fit into a bigger picture, our article on the idea of an AI agent army explains the thinking.
What it costs
Pricing for a personal AI assistant agent
Every life agent is a Scout: from $1,500 to build and own, or from $149 a month plus setup on Subscribe-to-Own with care and updates included. You can begin with an Agent Blueprint ($750, credited toward your build within 60 days) where we map which accounts to connect and what each agent may and may not do. AI usage is billed at cost or runs on your own accounts. Everything else is on the pricing page, and if you are wondering how the business side compares, read what a day looks like with an agent team.

Frequently asked questions
What is a personal AI agent?
It is a small AI helper built to do one personal job well, such as tracking bills and renewals, keeping a family calendar, researching trips or sorting important email. It connects only to the accounts its job needs and checks with you before doing anything that matters.
Will a personal AI agent spend my money?
Not without your approval. Bookings, purchases, payments and cancellations always wait for you to say yes.
Is my personal data safe?
Agents are designed with least access, so each one connects only to what its job requires, and they can run on your own email, calendar and AI accounts. You can disconnect an agent at any time to end its access.
Can it book my travel?
The Travel Planning Agent researches options around your preferences and budget and lays them out for you to compare. You choose and you book, or you approve a specific booking before it happens.
