Ready-made agents start at $1,500 to own for a Scout, $3,500 for a Specialist and $7,500 for a Commander, or on Subscribe-to-Own from $149, $299 or $599 per month plus a one-time setup fee. Custom-built agents start at $4,000. Squads of five or more get volume pricing.

Choose ready-made when your job matches one of our agent templates, such as answering calls, following up on leads or requesting reviews. It launches faster and costs less. Choose custom when your workflow is unique to your business. Many businesses mix both, and the Blueprint recommends the right mix.

We reuse our general engine and templates, which keeps ready-made agents affordable. We never reuse your data, your settings or anything specific to your business.

It is a written plan covering where your hours go, which agents to build first, each agent's job and guardrails, the tools involved, your deployment scope and price, and a timeline. It costs $750 and is credited toward your build if you move forward within 60 days.

Yes, at the level you choose. Done-For-You means we deploy and run your agents, Co-Pilot means your team deploys with our guidance, and Handoff means you receive configured agents with documentation. Deployment is priced after the Blueprint.

Every business has a different mix of phone systems, CRMs, inboxes, calendars, permissions and data. Pricing it blind would mean either overcharging or cutting corners, so we scope it once we have seen your setup.

Usage such as AI model fees, phone minutes and third-party software is billed at cost or runs on your own accounts. Agent Care is optional on Build and Own and included in Subscribe-to-Own.

We recommend customer-facing agents say they are automated assistants. They never pretend to be people, and customers can always reach a human.

Only with your approval. Anything that spends money, offers refunds or discounts, or makes a commitment is drafted by the agent and waits for a person to approve it.

It depends on the agent's rank and the tools involved. A Scout is quicker than a Specialist or Commander. You get a written timeline with your Blueprint.

Yes. You own your agent's setup, your data and everything it produces, with a permanent license to run it. On custom builds, the custom code written for you is yours outright. With Subscribe-to-Own you subscribe for 2 to 4 years and then have the option to buy the agent out at fair market value.

Yes. Personal agents can track bills and renewals, keep a family calendar, research trips and handle life admin, and you approve anything that spends money.
